Predictors of coronary artery disease in patients with left bundle branch block undergoing coronary angiography.
Briefly, after retrospectively analyzing 336 patients with left bundle branch block (LBBB) who underwent coronary angiography, the investigators reported that those with coronary artery disease (CAD) were likely to be older, Caucasian, and male and to have angina pectoris, previous myocardial infarctions, diabetes mellitus, and ejection fractions <50%. We would like to make some comments about these valuable results.
