      They were concerned about our method for measuring the change in the fibrillation cycle length (FCL). We measured each FCL (FCL = 1,000 ms/frequency) from each peak frequency before and after administration of the drug, and then calculated the difference between them. Therefore, we could accurately evaluate the degree of change in the FCL in response to the drug from the peak frequency. We preferred to use the FCL rather than the fibrillatory rate,
