Frequency of development of idiopathic dilated cardiomyopathy among relatives of patients with idiopathic dilated cardiomyopathy

      We report a 10-year longitudinal follow-up study of 431 unaffected relatives of patients with either familial or nonfamilial idiopathic dilated cardiomyopathy (IDC).
